About Leadchange Talent

Empowering Inclusive Talent for Tomorrow

🌍

Vision Statement

To create and implement various opportunities for people with disabilities.

🎯

Mission Statement

Eliminate the stigma and stereotypes associated with disability, thereby creating a nonjudgmental society where both disabled and non-disabled people work together without discrimination to achieve a common goal.

💡

Background and Evolution

LeadChange Developments NPC was founded in Soweto as a response to the lack of accessible ICT training for persons with disabilities. What began with a single five-seat computer lab at Cheshire Homes in 2012 has expanded into multiple community-based technology training centres. By 2020, LeadChange had trained over 600 learners across Dobsonville, Kagiso, and Protea South, focusing on digital literacy, ICDL certification, and job readiness. In 2025, the organisation launched its flagship AI Coding and Digital Skills Programme—bridging the gap between basic computer literacy and 21st-century innovation.
